ORDER & SHIPPING
A confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address with the order information shortly after your order.
We aim to ship out our orders within 72 hours after you place an order.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you about the delivery time. If you are not interested in a later delivery we will provide a refund for the missing items within 5-7 business days and will let you know by sending you an e-mail.
We offer free standard delivery for all orders in the Netherlands.
You will be able to check your shipment costs when you enter your address (country).
If your country is not listed at the checkout, please let me know and I will get back to you a.s.a.p.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail including a Track & Trace number. You can use this code to check when your package will be delivered.
For us it is important that you are 100% satisfied with your purchases. Therefore, if you’re not satisfied, you can return the item within 14 days from the day of delivery for a full refund, except for customized items.
The item should have not been used and should be in the original packaging.
You are responsible for shipping the item back. Please ensure that the product is well packaged so that it does not get damaged during transportation. Any damage to the product will be at the customer’s risk, so we highly recommend that return shipping is sufficiently insured. You will be refunded the full order amount, without the transportation costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
A refund is made within 14 days of receiving your return order. The amount can only be refunded back to the original form of payment.
If you wish to exchange an item you should simply return the item you wish to exchange and make a new order for the item you wish to receive.
If you return or exchange an item, you are responsible for the risk of possible damage.
We pack your package with great care, so that you will receive your order in a good condition. In the case you have received a wrong, damaged or faulty item, please attach clear pictures of the item and its package to your email. A damaged item will not be accepted as a return if it cannot be established that the item has been damaged during the first shipping. You can contact us via email@example.com. We will process your claim, and you will be contacted about the exchange or return as soon as possible.

Note: You will have to pay for the return transportation of the product, but we will reimburse you for this cost once we receive and inspect the item.
